MegaFon says to switch HR processes to Russian software from SAP

MOSCOW, Jul 29 (PRIME) -- Russian mobile operator MegaFon is transferring its key human resources (HR) processes to national platform Neon, a product by company Nexign, which will replace popular solution SAP SuccessFactors, the operator said on Friday in a statement.

“The solution by Nexign will help us improve client experience for all the employees and will operate up to 30% faster. Besides, in addition to better functions, we will save significantly,” Roman Yermolenko, director for corporate development and personnel management at MegaFon, said.

With the new solution, MegaFon will tackle all the main HR tasks in a single system, for example, on adaptation of employees, setting goals, or payment of bonuses.

Neon is built on advanced micro-service architecture – each of its components is designed as an individual IT product.
